It's important to be grateful for things. The more grateful you are even for small things that you take for granted such as having a pillow and a bed, the more great things will happen to you. That is why I write down 10 things every morning that I am grateful for and why. This good habit will also help you to focus on the positive things in your life instead of worries ahead and from the past.

Other things you can write down are things that you are looking forward to in your day and why. Also, sketch up your day so your body and brain can prepare positively for any adventures that are ahead of you.

3. Deep breathing exercise

You will feel better throughout the day when you start out the day with five to 15 minutes to calm and center your mind and emotions and for greater clarity when deciding about how best to spend your time. It helps us to stay focused on what’s important rather than being distracted by things that matter. less or worry you.

Your brain is around 2% of your body but it consumes about 20% of the nutrients and oxygen that you intake. Deep breathing exercises prevent you from getting foggy in the morning and from feeling brain tired further on in the day. It is as vital as drinking water in the morning.
