Project meeting for already ongoing projects and via telephone. This session is applied to ongoing projects with a set package or houry fee that will be billed to the customer. If you do not have an arrangement, please book one of the prepaid meetings. Please send us any vital information and preferences in a mail prior to the meeting (24H) to info@majasprojects.com. That way we can be well prepared. It is vital for the customer to be well prepered, to have sent to us the requested vital information necessary for the project to conduct within the project plan timeline. - Project planning - Revision / feedback of projects etc. An additional cancellation fee will be billed to the customer if the session is not cancelled or rebooked less then 24 hrs. prior.
